I think my account has been compromised. What should I do?

If you still have access to your account and are able to log in, we suggest that you change your password.

For security purposes, your new password should be strong and used only on this website.

A strong password is at least twelve characters long, uses upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ).

If you can’t log in but still have access to your account email address, reset your password.

If you are unable to log in and have lost access to your account email address, we recommend that you block your credit card and obtain a new one if your account has a Premium membership.

How to delete my account?

Go to your profile settings and click the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the page.
